Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the items are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

- Wrong item
- The item is damaged or defective

Returning your items is easy and hassle-free. You can return items via mail or directly at our store.
- Via Mail: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return. We will provide you with the return instructions and a return authorization number.
- In-Store: Bring the item to our store along with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Our staff will assist you with the return process.
Return Fees
We do not charge any return fees, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

- Wrong item/ item is not as described – 100% money( customer return items)

Cancel Policy
